He had garnered a rather controversial reputation a few years ago thanks to a run in with the Penang Police. However, the hip-hop artist has since shed this nefarious reputation as a bad boy in favour of a more altruistic and caring persona.
While most of the capital investment will have come from ECLBET, it is refreshing to see a young man such as Namewee take time from his busy schedule to be charitable. This altruistic nature has always been present in Namewee. You can see that through several of his own charitable pursuits such as his “Oh Lah” charity singing event or his DLLM charity tour. This collaboration is another selfless act from the singing sensation and one that will bring prosperity to those who need it most.
